Devotees must complete the booking form and provide accurate information. pooja booking fees are non-transferable and non-refundable.
All payments must be made at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and online payment methods.
Devotees are expected to behave respectfully towards other Devotees, instructors, and staff. The Shivagiri reserves the right to remove any devotees who violates these terms.
The Shivagiri is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event.
The Shivagiri reserves the right to make changes to the schedule, instructors, and venue if necessary. In case of cancellation by the National Classical Dance Academy, participants will be notified promptly.
Once booked, devotees cannot cancel their booking and no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
By booking for the pooja, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
